However, there are nearly a hundred kinds of raw materials for the mill, and its viscosity, moisture and other physical and chemical properties are not the same, and the particle size of the finished product after grinding is very fine, coupled with complex environmental factors such as severe cold and rainy seasons. Therefore, the residual wind dust removal has not been well solved for a long time.

The pulse dust collector system consists of a bag filter, an electric control box, a pipeline device and a ventilator.
When the ventilator is started, the dust collector is in a negative pressure state, and the dust-containing air in the residual air pipe is sucked into the upper box of the dust collector, and then the air flow enters the upper opening of the filter bag to flow from top to bottom. Most dust particles pass through the lower opening of the filter bag under the action of gravity and inertial force, settle into the lower box (ash hopper), and the filtered purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the ventilator.
